Columbia, SC (June 14, 2012) – The leading criminal justice facility services firm in the nation, CGL, has named Matthew J. Skarr as its new Director of Business Development.

Mr. Skarr, formerly of Dewberry Architects, Inc., will be responsible for domestic business development and marketing of CGL’s unique and diverse set of in-house facility services lines — including facility planning, construction program management, building maintenance and management, development, and public-private partnerships.

“The strategic hiring of Matt Skarr exemplifies CGL's commitment to growing and servicing its domestic presence and clientele. Matt’s knowledge and experience show our clients that CGL is dedicated to providing the best and most innovative services for their criminal justice facilities," said Steve Carter, Principal and original co-founder of CGL.
