Celebrating 50 years of service!

2020

CGL launches its 360 Justice Podcast, giving leaders in the criminal justice community a platform to discuss how they are solving tough challenges, including overcrowded and aging facilities, changing demographics, staffing shortages, insufficient funding, and more.

2018

Introduction of 360 Justice – a comprehensive service offering providing turnkey support to justice Owners to help achieve their project’s fullest potential.

2012

CGL is acquired by Hunt Companies, a diversified, family-owned holding company based in El Paso, Texas, and rebrands to CGL Companies.

2010

CGL expands service offering by adding Public-Private Partnership development and finance services.

2002

Carter Goble Associates merges with Lee Design & Management to create Carter Goble Lee (CGL), thereby expanding services to include program management and facility maintenance.

1993

Lee Design & Management is founded to provide program management and facility maintenance services.

1974

Carter Goble Associates was founded in 1974 by Steve Carter and Bob Goble to provide planning and design services.
