CGL FM Partners with VCCS to Provide Physical Plant Operations Support for Virginia’s Community Colleges
CGL FM PARTNERS WITH VCCS TO PROVIDE PHYSICAL PLANT OPERATIONS SUPPORT FOR VIRGINIA’S COMMUNITY COLLEGES
RICHMOND, VA (March 16, 2021) – CGL Facility Management Group, LLC (CGL) has partnered with the Virginia Community College System (VCCS) to offer quality-assured facility maintenance and optimization services to all 23 community colleges across the state of Virginia under statewide procurement agreement.
The procurement agreement, contract VCCS-ALL-19-0034-CGL, makes quality outsourced maintenance services available to each college at pre-negotiated rates. CGL’s experience providing college campus and public facility maintenance across the country guarantees high quality service delivery to the owner that improves the campus experience for students.

The highly customizable VCCS statewide procurement agreement with CGL empowers each college to tailor their maintenance approach to best fit the needs of their specific campus. The available scope of work is designed to cover all areas of Plant Operations and Maintenance to include: Preventive maintenance program, general maintenance, repair and emergency response, CMMS implementation, energy management, project management, motor pool, mail room, warehouse support, conference services, housekeeping, and landscaping.

Statewide procurement agreement contract VCCS-ALL-19-0034-CGL is available for use by all community colleges within the state of Virginia effective December 1, 2020 – November 30, 2025.
