On January 16th, the first round of inmates moved into the new Tuolumne County Jail. This was an important day for the County as it was the first time they started using the larger and safer facility. The Sheriff J.H. “Jack” Dambacher Detention Center has 230 beds and major security upgrades that will better the environment for those who work and live there.
