Justice Services Team Expands, Adds Two New Experts
Two new staff members join the justice services team to put their knowledge and experience to work. We are thrilled to welcome Ross Eric Cooper and Ferdie Williams, III to the CGL family.
Meet Ross Cooper, Vice President of Construction Services
“Ross will support strategic initiatives with our Owner Representation/Program Management services group with a focus on Construction Management Services.” -Rick Davidson-Director of Owner’s Representative Services
Over his 40 years of construction experience, he has provided key leadership and executive management on over 60 corrections projects, leading teams from design to occupancy. He recently served as the regional office operations manager for a national construction management firm, and over his career worked for some of the largest general contractors specializing in corrections projects. Ross resides in Austin, Texas.
Meet Ferdie Williams, III, Assistant Project Manager
“We are extremely pleased to welcome Ferdie C. Williams, III to CGL. He will be assigned to the Wayne County Criminal Justice Complex project as part of the on-site Program Management team.” -Rick Davidson-Director of Owner’s Representative Services
Ferdie is a U.S. Army Veteran and has more than 15 years’ experience in architectural design, construction, and facility management; and thus, brings to CGL a broad background in all aspects of facility design, construction, and operations. Ferdie resides in Detroit, Michigan.
