What's your favorite CGL project you've worked on?
My favorite project I’ve worked on is the new Plumas County Jail and Day Reporting Center.
Paul has over 20 years of experience in providing and implementing project coordination, planning, and programming for criminal justice projects. Combining his understanding of court and correctional operations, planning, and design, Paul has planned many successful justice system projects.
One of Paul’s strengths is providing clients an outside perspective of current and future trends in the correctional industry from a national level. Implementing new ideas is an important step in the planning process, which assists in laying a solid foundation for any project. His leadership skills help in accomplishing the goals and timelines for all stakeholders involved throughout the project.
